Platform shape

Users access public applications through Cloudflare and administrators use Cloudflare Access to reach the private Admin service.

Environments

Main is production on OCI. Staging and development are isolated AWS environments with distinct credentials and resource ownership.

Data and delivery

Go services are stateless. Durable application data and backups are separated from public assets. Releases are immutable, health checked, and rolled out one backend at a time.
